There are a couple of ways to navigate Peps.
- You can choose Peps in a non-linear fashion by selecting ones relevant to your present circumstances. For example, you may be interested in therapeutic techniques that can help overcome triggersTriggers are situations and circumstances that lead to triggering thoughts around drinking. More, urgesUrges are that overwhelming feeling of needing or wanting a drink. They can happen after a craving or a trigger. More or sticky behaviour. Whatever it is, you can jump in and out.
- Alternatively, you may feel that structure is essential, particularly at the beginning of your journey. In this case, Peps can be followed in more chronological order. However, if you have a pressing need, e.g. a tricky social event or an emotion that needs acknowledging, then feel free to jump forward – or back – through the Peps. And, when ready, return to where you left off and continue.
