It’s not supposed to be a chore

Peps are designed to be delivered in single-minded bite-sized chunks so that the key message is easy to absorb and contemplate. They vary in length, with some as short as 1-2 minutes (like this one) with no Pep designed to last longer than 20 minutes. 

Sometimes a Pep may include a voluntary short exercise – voluntary being the operative word. These exercises, like any other tips or advice, are merely suggestions, never instructions, so please only partake in whatever feels comfortable. 

Likewise, the frequency at which the Peps are consumed is totally up to the individual and may change as the journey progresses. However, I gently encourage a less-is-more strategy to allow each single-minded message to sink in. 

It’s not meant to be hard work, either. Hence, a one-a-day approach is a perfect strategy that fits other day-to-day events and responsibilities. And, as I touched on earlier, if a diaried event is coming up where you feel you need a Pep-up, then feel free to search out ones to support you. 

Remember, you’re moving towards the life you want to live. It will be exciting, fun and sometimes emotional – Peps are here to support that.
